| Construction |
| The Proposed clinker loading system normally consist of 3 sets of ventilated Telescopic Dust Less Loading Spout with, Pneumatic Rolling blade Gate (Sector gate) and Pneumatic Rolling slide gates for maintenance purpose. There will be a suitable PLC based control system to control the specified operation of pneumatic gates and Telescopic Spout. A Static Rail Weigh- bridge of suitable capacity will be provided underneath the loading point for on-line weighing of clinker being loaded into the wagon. An integral Dust collector will be provided above each Telescopic Spout for dust collection during loading. This will have necessary fan, solenoid valve, bag filters and other component to achieve this desired function. |
